The Director of Quality/Performance Improvement provides leadership and assumes ultimate accountability for the development, implementation and coordination of hospital wide clinical and operational quality improvement programs while focusing on measuring, analyzing and trending information in order to improve outcomes. Ensures compliance with all regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards and monitors quality improvement programs throughout the organization.
