Overview Schedule: Part Time Rotating ShiftsThis position is responsible for contributing to the patient care team in the promotion of patient safety. Supports a work environment that promotes safety for patients, staff, and customers. Reports safety concerns or defective equipment. Maintains awareness of safety at all times. Provides continuous observation of assigned patients to promote safety and prevention of injury. Maintains continuous observation as needed, either personally or by safely transferring observation to another team member. Collects and reports data about the patient/family as directed by the registered nurse. Remains alert for, and reports, changes related to patient's safety. Promptly calls for assistance as needed
