Provide leadership and guidance to all team members related to risk reduction and adverse outcome management. The Director is an experienced health care practitioner that understands the clinical and operational environment of a health care facility and can translate this knowledge into the management of the Risk Management activities for the organization. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of Joint Commission, ISDH, OSHA, and CMS requirements related to the Patient Safety activities. Must be highly organized and have demonstrated experience in performance improvements activities.
