Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Rehabilitation Services Supervisor for the 310 Sports Medicine department at Morristown Medical Center.

Essential Function/Responsibilities:

• Overseeing medical office associates and all front desk responsibilities
  
• Training new team members
  
• Processing insurance authorizations for rehab services
  
• Working closely with other Atlantic Health System departments such as patient financial services to solve billing discrepancies
  
• Building templates in Epic for rehab providers
  
• Maintaining reports on copay and upfront collections, estimates completion
  
• Assist manager in work queue maintenance
  
• Review and address patient satisfaction surveys
  
• Problem solving patient concerns

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration

Minimum Experience:

• 3-5 years of management experience
• EPIC knowledge
• 3 years of work related experience in a medical field
