Responsible for implementation of the Corporate Compliance Plan. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Identifies areas of risk utilizing regulatory guidance and benchmark tools and assists in developing action plans for improvement. Provides immediate feedback to appropriate parties regarding corrective action. Reviews processes and/or policies and provides recommendations for improvement.
