DescriptionSummary:The Performance Improvement Engineer I supports CHRISTUS Health?s Data Management and Performance Improvement initiatives by developing foundational reports and dashboards using SQL, Epic EMR modules (Caboodle, Cogito, Clarity), Power BI, and SSRS. This role focuses on learning and applying technical skills to deliver data-driven insights that support operational and clinical improvement efforts.Responsibilities:Manages multiple projects and can work at various levels of the organization. Can manage large-scale projects through the entire project life cycle. Has breadth of knowledge to acquire data, convert to information, and draw action plans and coach departments to their targets.
