MaineHealth is seeking a Patient Safety Specialist II to join our care team in Westbrook, Maine. The Patient Safety Specialist II role is responsible for monitoring and responding to patient safety events and risk management concerns and promoting a culture of safety across the organization.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent training with at least five years of relevant healthcare experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of relevant healthcare experience required.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: See “Education” Three years of relevant healthcare experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Patient Safety Specialist I role.
