Job Description The patient safety analyst will support the risk management efforts of the entities in the assigned region under the direction of the Risk Director.Responsible for the daily incident report review, investigation and follow upPrepare reports on safety report data and metrics from the incident reporting systemAssist the Director with preparation for the daily safety huddleRespond to staff questions about consent/decision making/patient rights (such as guardianship/AMA)Serve as a risk liaison with security, social work, patient advocate, house supervisorsRespond to and investigate general risk questions that come into the department
