Summary:
This role will play a key role in guiding regional projects (change initiatives) to meet regional schedules, goals and budget objectives. Focusing on the One Path One Team Program ? including changes to processes, systems, job roles and overall education and implementation thereof. The primary focus will be analyzing, creating and guiding initiatives to maximize high reliability impacting patient safety through employee engagement. While this position does not have formal supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work though many others, both vertically and horizontally throughout the organization to succeed. The position will support project teams in integrating a culture of patient safety processes and activities to incorporate into department plans and day-to-day operations. May provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
Responsibilities:

Collect data through systems and tracing activities.
Create and manage measurement systems to track data and proficiencies.
Evaluate data for use in development strategies.
Present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner.
Assist in development of plans.
Support the execution of plans.
Be an active and visible coach to frontline staff.
Identify performance gaps and assist to develop corrective actions.
Create and develop celebrations of success.
Work with teams to integrate activities through communication and training in the formulation of plans.
Must have excellent analytical, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
Must have problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Must have the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision/goal.
Job Requirements:
Education/Skills
Bachelor?s degree in business or related field required
Experience
5 years in hospital/organizational operations
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
Professional certification in related field preferred
