Patient Safety Specialist (On-Site)
DescriptionAs the Patient Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for helping us achieve our goal of becoming a transformative, high-reliability organization with an uncompromising focus on patient safety and outcomes. You will do this by facilitating patient safety and quality improvement initiatives and coordinating the implementation of practices designed to reduce error and improve patient outcomes. This will involve fostering a non-punitive culture of continuous learning and improvement by reviewing safety events, identifying trends in near-miss and actual events, and using Lean methodologies to identify relevant trends.
