The Risk Manager is directly responsible to the Risk Manager Supervisor who is responsible to the Chief of QSV who reports directly to the Director. The incumbent is responsible for managing the Medical Center's Risk Management Program in accordance with regulatory, external review, VHA, VISN, and Medical Center requirements.
