This position is responsible for: Providing continuous one-on-one supervision in order to promote a safe environment for the patient. A patient safety companion is responsible for clinical duties equivalent to a Nursing Assistant.Position Responsibilities Provide direct observation of patient at all times and maintain the ability to safely exit the patient's room.
