Responsible for providing continuous observation and appropriate documentation on activity of an assigned patient who has been identified as having increased risk for injury. Principal Accountabilities:1. Uses Careview system to monitor 30 patients and communicate with TMS to maintain patient safety 2. Provides ADL's and protects Patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements. 3. Makes continuous rounds. 4. Performs other related duties as assigned.Required:1.
