JOB SUMMARYThe Patient Safety Officer serves as the designated manager in one or more hospitals for providing leadership and expertise in the delivery of safe patient care. In doing so, the PSO will integrate information obtained from the reporting of adverse events, near misses and concerns related to clinical risk, patient complaints or other safety issues.
