The Patient Safety & Risk Nurse Manager is responsible for developing, building, and leading an organization-wide world-class patient safety program placing the entity at the forefront of patient safety. Overseeing the patient safety plan, including, but not limited to, coordinating the monitoring of compliance to standards supporting the National Patient Safety Goals, Sentinel Events, Culture of Safety, FMEA and patient safety related projects.
