Chief Risk Officer
The Chief Risk Officer, Associate General Counsel is responsible for all Risk Management activities for DMG, which include administering the risk management program on a day-to-day basis, managing and analyzing risk management data and conducting risk management educational programs, with the objective of controlling and minimizing loss to protect the assets of the corporation, managing claims against the organization, assigning and directing defense counsel, answering legal questions, reviewing contracts, and limited scope legal services for provider representation.
