The role you’ll contribute:
The Infection Prevention Associate is an integral part of the Infection Prevention team. This role will provide support in various ways such as aiding with surveillance systems, data abstraction and reporting, communication, and coordination of infectious disease prevention efforts. This position acts as a support and resource for the Infection Preventionist(s), including assisting with data analysis or implementation of improvement activities. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
•Bachelor’s degree’ or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, or other healthcare related discipline
•Coursework with a focus on medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, epidemiology, microbiology, human disease, pathophysiology, immunology, and health sciences.
