Job Summary: The Clinical Practice Supervisor is responsible for oversight of practice operations and enforcement of policies and procedures in accordance with all regulatory and organization requirements. Responsibilities: Supervise patientcare and operational activities to ensure that the practice successfully supports the organization's mission and vital values. Review patient schedule and ensure provider and staff coverage. Identify and resolve operational problems and maintain overall patient and work flows. Review processes within practice for competencies and identify improvement areas. Supervise assigned personnel including hiring, training, payroll re
