Atlantic Health System is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager at Newton Medical Center for the 2 West/2 Hussey Units. This is a full time night shift opening Monday-Friday, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Purpose, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion and Extraordinary Caring) in every aspect of their job.

BSN required
License/Certifications:
BLS required
Relevant Experience:
Leadership capabilities with a desire to lead a team
In tandem with the leadership team and unit manager this candidate would ensure compliance with unit policies, staffing, discipline and budget. This candidate would serve as a unit resource and promote staff and program development
