TTF is recruiting for a full-time Healthcare Director of Quality to implement and oversee programs for a fantastic healthcare client in the Phoenix area. The starting salary will depend on experience.  Benefits are excellent with excellent health insurance, matching 401k and profit sharing.  This will be helping to build the Quality Program from the ground up and our client is very well known as a leader in their field nationwide.Qualified candidates must have a strong background in healthcare quality with at least 3-5 years of experience in this field and a track record of success.  Previous experience in leading and implementing a Quality program in acute care or surgical operations is preferred.  This position requires a self-starter and someone who can build the program
