Carle Health is seeking an Assistant Medical Director to join our Adult Hospital Medicine Department at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.Summary of key duties and responsibilities:The Assistant Medical Director will be expected to maintain a clinical practice with allocated time to help develop and lead the hospital medicine team.Work collaboratively with the Dyad Partner in establishing and accomplishing departmental goals and objectives in alignment with the Strategic Pillars and values of the organization.Share an expanding and collaborating vision with the Associate Medical Director and other dyad leaders.Perform additional leadership functions/responsibilities as directed by the Associate Medical Director.
