JOB SUMMARY: The Hospital Supervisor (Nursing) is accountable for the hospital wide administrative, operational, human resource, and patient safety management on off-shifts and holidays. This supervisor works closely with hospital leadership and serves as the onsite administrative resource on assigned shifts.
