DescriptionSummary:The HIM Auditor will be responsible for ensuring all billing charges are captured in an appropriate manner for the following areas but not limited to OB, Nursing, Observation, and the Emergency Department. This individual will ensure compliant charge capture and minimizes delays in the billing process by identifying, analyzing, and reconciling billing charges for assigned departments or areas of responsibility. Perform retro charge capture audits for patient billing concerns and business office requests. Perform HIM related duties as assigned, which may include scanning discharged medical records, birth certificates, and chart pickup. Requirements:Highschool diploma1 year + in HI
