The Assistant Nurse Manager assists with, facilitates, and communicates the patient’s plan of care to members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.  Also assists with human resource management activities, such as staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring.  Is accountable for management of the division on a 24-hour basis.  Functions as manager in the absence of the Nurse Manager.  Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.   Principle Accountabilities:                                                                                                % of  Time Spent
