In conjunction with the Administrative Director, the Manager of Rehabilitation Services oversees the daily clinical operations of all therapy lines within the department, ensuring the quality of patient care, optimal staff performance, and effective program administration. The Manager serves as a clinical resource to other staff members and is responsible for staying up-to-date on all applicable regulations and policies. Responsibilities Manages the daily clinical operations of the department, including all inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services. Effectively communicates applicable policies and procedures. Ensures that patient notes and charges are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
