ChristianaCare is searching for a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to lead the data strategies of the Organizational Excellence (OE) Department, our system-wide performance improvement group.The analyst will work collaboratively with the existing system data infrastructures and resources to develop reports that meet OE Department needs. In addition, the Analyst will deliver timely data that provides clarity and facilitates ongoing project and continuous improvement work. Additionally, provides dashboard-reporting and advanced analytical offerings.The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in data warehouse tools and technologies and have strong decision-making skills, excellent analytical and consulting skills.
