Program Manager (Healthcare Operations) 100% REMOTE
JOB SUMMARY: Plans, develops and executes ongoing program(s) that impacts a significant segment of the organization under occasional guidance.
Responsible for preparation and participation in meetings across the network inclusive of regional meetings, Board of Director meetings, large practice meetings, Executive meetings, and others as applicable
Support the Network Operations team to ensure all follow-ups from meetings are completed timely
Support development and maintenance of analytics including, but not limited to, reporting packages with timely distribution to appropriate practices
Prepare reporting to internal leader(s) on activity as requested
Organize strategy implementation to optimize performance in VHAN payer contracts
Prepare materials for payer meetings related to Network Operation team updates
Partner with Analytics Department to gather regular reports and organize the Network Operations team to review
Build/maintain trackers that Network Operations team utilizes to organize and document records of work. Document and ensure action items are completed timely
Maintain regular standard communications
Supports the execution of tactics through the creation and coordination of detailed program planning and follow through to meet program goals and metrics
Routinely update and analyze performance dashboards and evaluate patterns and trends of utilization, cost, and quality as they relate to participating providers performance
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT (INTERMEDIATE):- Planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives.

NETWORKING (INTERMEDIATE):- Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations and individuals.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT (INTERMEDIATE):- Identifies, analyzes and improves upon existing business processes for optimization and to meet standards of quality.
