Job Duties:

• Conducts audits of program policies, procedures and workflows, in an effort to monitor adherence, ensure continuous validity of data, and to identify change opportunities
• Conducts employee trainings to educate employees on compliance guidelines and requirements
• Assists in the creation, coordination, and modification of Corporate Policies for Risk, Compliance and HIPAA programs
• Monitors federal and state regulatory requirements and assists in the implementation of these regulations
• Implements policies, procedures and systems to provide administrative support to departments
• Recommends corrective actions in non-compliant outcomes to VP Risk & Compliance
• Identifies, manages, and reports compliance breaches and exposures
• Develops, implements, and maintains internal audit policies and procedures
• Collects, analyzes and manages internal compliance data
• Remains current on relative industry standards
