The Manager will work collaboratively with leadership and their designated departments to develop focused and impactful health equity interventions in the area of Women's Health .
Work collaboratively with health equity leadership and Women's Services leadership to develop focused, equitable, and impactful health equity interventions, including partnering closely with system and community partners involved in achieving organizational goals related to health equity in women's health.
Manage a broad range of strategic and tactical activities related to the identification, development, and implementation of initiatives to reduce health disparities.
Manage data collection, analysis and reporting to support implementation of health equity interventions.
Monitor program budgets, working closely with Health Equity leadership and any administrative staff for grant funded programs.

Master's Degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, social sciences, health sciences or related field. A Bachelor's Degree may be acceptable with commensurate experience managing health equity or public health programs.
Three years general program management experience in a healthcare (or community health) setting required. Experience in program management related to improving maternal health is highly desirable.
Three years' experience in health equity, public health, healthcare or related field
Excellent organizational skills with a track record of sound project management experience required.
Proven experience with successful stakeholder management and working in a consultative environment with business leaders. Demonstrated experience with coordinating outreach, health education, or other equivalent programs in healthcare or community with a focus on women's health.
