The Patient Safety Consultant assists the Patient Safety Manager in assuring and maintaining the Patient Safety Program under the Office of Quality, Safety, and Value (QSV). The incumbent is responsible for quality review and direction of quality functions directed by the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) strategic plan, VHA Directive and regulatory agency requirements.
