The Business System Analyst will be responsible for documenting the workflows and processes associated with the company�s payroll and HR systems. This resource will plan, schedule, and oversee the end-to-end release delivery of major enhancements, quarterly updates, emergency patches, and minor enhancements while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity.
- Document current environment including integrations and processes. Keep information up to date.
- Lead release management efforts ensuring all product readiness information is reviewed, patch content is understood, testing completed in preparation for upgrade and/or patching.
- Maintain up-to-date roadmap for all activities associated with prod & non-prod environments.
- Manage risks, identify potential conflicts and dependencies. Highlight & mitigate.
- Manage service requests via My Oracle Support and Tenet�s ticketing system, working closely with Tenet�s Technical Account Manager.
Qualifications:Required:
- Bachelor�s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years release management or similar role
- Develop a complete understanding of the Payroll & HR applications deployed across the enterprise.
- Familiar with Oracle�s quarterly release process. Must take ownership of the product readiness review, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM system upgrades, patches, and defect resolution.
- Serve as SME in the change management process associated with cloud application release schedules.
- Ability to improve and own Release Management.
- Must be consistent and decisive.
- Participate in ongoing vendor calls.
- Ability to document complex technical concepts and communicate both verbally and in writing to a wide audience including business owners, vendors, and IT resources.

- Ability to work with multiple levels of users to design, deploy, and support solutions according to user requirements. Manage customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.

Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare industry and HIPPA knowledge a plus.
- Experience with Service Now ticketing system a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Release process
- Project Management capabilities a plus.
- Any Oracle Cloud Certification
