ChristianaCare, one of the top 100 hospitals in the country, is committed to providing a safe experience and environment for its patients and caregivers. The R2L event reporting system is critical to achieving that goal. R2L provides the reporting platform for many areas of the health system including patient care, work place concerns, good catches, privacy, peer review, patient feedback and work place injuries. What we learn from this system is used to improve care for our patients and work life for our caregivers.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who will coordinate the management of R2L related projects and improvement opportunities. You will have high visibility and engagement in departments across the health system. You will have the opportunity to learn the business of health care as you collaborate with caregivers at all levels of the organization.
You will organize and facilitate governance groups comprised of executives, senior management, department heads and system leaders to meet the needs and goals of the organization. You will share your knowledge and expertise across campuses as you provide education to caregivers and become the "go to person" for all things R2L.
If you would like to work in a fun, highly functioning department, meet and get to know people across CCHS, and truly make a difference in the safety and experience of our patients and your fellow caregivers, this may be the job for you!
