Senior Accountant in Lease Accounting Department will be responsible for various hospitals� lease accounting; review and post monthly lease entries from LeaseAccelerator in GL during the month end close; review and extract lease contracts and run reports in LeaseAccelerator; prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the lease accounts and monthly payments; communicate with hospital accounting team on the new leases and resolve any reconciling items.

Required:

• 3-5 years in accounting
• Understanding of GAAP
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to details and strong analytical skills
• Bachelorâ��s Degree in Accounting

Preferred:

• Experience in Lease Accounting (ASC 842)
• LeaseAccelerator
• Experience in lease contract review
