Salary: $6,125 - $16,042 monthly

Position Description:
Under the supervision of the Director of Quality & Informatics, the Quality and Data Manager will perform multiple roles for the Arthur Ashe Student Health and Wellness Center including:
1) Implementing and coordinating the Quality Improvement Plan and performance improvement initiatives. 2) Facilitate the assessment of problems, the design, compilation and analysis of data to ensure compliance with quality standards and to support goals in delivering optimal healthcare management.
3) Hire, train, evaluate, and oversee the work of the Quality Assistant/Credentialing Coordinator and Graduate Student Researchers.
4) Although this position's schedule is and during traditional work hours, weekends and non-traditional work hours may be required for special projects or busy times of the year, or when strict deadlines must be met.
