PURPOSE:  Supports the mission of the clinic by providing leadership of the clinical management, health promotion and population health teams in a manner consistent with the clinic’s mission and values, policies and procedures, and professional best clinical practices.   ESSENTIAL CLINICAL FUNCTIONS: The Chief Medical Officer sets the clinic’s overall standard of care by: Providing medical care to patients in a manner that reflects and models People’s mission and values; Overseeing the clinical aspects of People’s medical, behavioral health, and dental services; Establishing a high standard of professionalism among clinicians; Working to optimize patient access, improve patient experience and
