Description Licensed Mental Health Professional #2116814 Your Role: Performs behavioral health diagnostic and psycho-social assessments utilizing the DSM-V, implements group, family and individual psycho therapeutic interventions including crisis intervention, develops treatment plans and disposition plans. Maintains contact with family and community agencies and makes referrals. Actively collaborates with team to meet patient care management and system improvement goals. Represents the behavioral health enterprise on institutional and community committees/task forces. Qualifications: Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 2 years relevant experience
