Supports and maintains the necessary organizational structure and systems to support and manage organizations risk program. What You Will Bring:
Education Bachelor, Masters preferred in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing or related field required.
Experience 5 years minimum in a healthcare setting dealing with compliance, risk management, quality issues and captive insurance
Qualifications Ability to objectively perform and document investigations: analyze business and clinical processes and provide recommendations for improvement; develop and manage risk reduction programs; read and understand medical record documentation and claims data; understand and apply laws and regulations affecting the healthcare industry. Ability to work with people in a tactful, diplomatic manner, demonstrating excellent judgement and discretion in dealing with both internal and external customers and regulatory agencies. Ability to maintain confidentiality is required. Proficiency with software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to input and manage data and generate reports using database software is required.

A History of Faithful Service to Our Region
When Winchester Medical Center first opened its doors in 1903, they made a commitment to bring superior quality healthcare services to residents throughout the region. Valley Health began its journey to bring better quality health to local communities in 1994, when Winchester Medical Center and Warren Memorial Hospital partnered to better serve their region. The collective vision was to bring communities together with better quality health care and to meet their unique needs by providing access to the latest advancements, technology, and developments in medical services. Valley Health now brings together 644 licensed inpatient beds, 166 long-term care beds, over 5,300 employees, and a medical staff exceeding 500 professionals.
