Physical Therapist - Patient Safety Program Manager
The Incumbent serves as a Physical Therapist Program Coordinator and is administratively responsible for the complete oversight of the Patient Safety Program. The incumbent also functions as the lead manager, coordinator, and point of contact for patient safety policies and activities developed by the National Center for Patient Safety (NCPS) at VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Performs duties directly contributing to the administrative management of the facility health care delivery system, and is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, managing, and evaluating the medical center's patient safety program.
