This individual will lead a team who are focused on developing partnerships and seek out new ventures with organization to transform care delivery or to build upon existing care structures and to pursue enhanced models of care and service.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify potential joint ventures or other partnerships to deliver new or enhanced healthcare services to the community and/or to establish ChristianaCare as a viable care option to employers and their employees/dependents outside of the "normal" service area
Develop relationships with potential partners and facilitate the contractual process with the many internal stakeholders
Efficiently and effectively execute the implementation cycle
Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with local and regional employer community
Develop new business relationships with employers resulting in value to employer, to their employees/covered dependents, and to ChristianaCare
Stay up to date on innovative models of care delivery and new market entrants and proactively seek out appropriate partnerships
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience with an emphasis in business development
Experience in financial analysis
Annual Incentive Plan (bonus)
Variety of work sites, including some remote work
