Director, Enterprise Operations is responsible for evaluating, implementing and monitoring multi-disciplinary initiatives to improve operating efficiency and support growth. Projects may range from major integrations, market performance improvement, growth and other strategic initiatives. The role is responsible for conducting detailed assessment of opportunities with corporate and market stakeholders as well as ensuring effective and timely implementation of initiatives.
FUNCTIONAL EXPECTATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Conduct detailed financial and operational assessments of potential initiatives
Evaluate potential project risks and strategic alternatives
Develop project plans that account for interdependencies and resource requirements
Collaborate with market and functional stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project
Provide structured project management support to ensure implementation of projects
Provide effective oral and written communications to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
Proactively identify and manage key risks through a project lifecycle
Ensure appropriate transition to long-term business owner for sustainability of projects
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
5+ yearsâ�� experience in healthcare industry or related work experience
Experience in business case development and financial assessment of projects
Experience in managing implementation of large-scale projects
Familiar with different operating models, service line and market constructs
Familiar with project management methodology and tools
Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is required; experience with SQL, Alteryx & Tableau preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against timelines and financial goals
Ability to demonstrate complex problem-solving skills and data-driven approaches
Ability to translate strategy and ideas into clear, actionable and measurable plans
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Sound decision-making and issue resolution judgement
Ability to effectively manage a budget, interpret a P&L and manage key business drivers
Strong work ethic, performance standards and ability to lead by example
Highest personal and professional integrity and principle and knowledge
Bachelorâ��s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related Healthcare Field - Required
Masterâ��s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration - Preferred
Travel is estimated about 5% - 25% of the time, depending on project supported.
