The primary duties of the Executive Fellow include active participation in projects, leadership work teams, planning, management, operational activities and strategic initiatives in the areas of administration, human resources and employee relations, medical staff relations and contracting, quality care management, information systems, physical plant and environmental operations, safety, food services, marketing, legal and regulatory compliance, finance, budgets, clinical disciplines and medical services offered by the Hospital.
Upon successful completion of Executive Fellow Program, the incumbent will be prepared to assume an administrative leadership position. Relocation at the completion of the program is required.
Master's Degree in a health related field, Business or Public Administration and Bachelor's degree in health related field, Business or Public Administration in combination with the following experience:
1+ year(s) healthcare experience required. Long term acute care experience strongly preferred.
