Supervise Registered Nurses, and nursing support staff, as well as management of Human Resource issues, including hiring, transfers, terminations, corrective action, on-boarding, training and development.
Provide leadership in alignment with the vision, mission, values and goals of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) and the Department of Nursing.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required
Advanced Degree in related healthcare field required- MSN in Nursing Administration or Leadership highly preferred.
NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Specialty nursing certification required
BLS for Healthcare Providers required
ACLS certification required
A minimum of 5 years recent, related clinical experience. Critical care experience required.
