ChristianaCare is currently seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Labor & Delivery department. In this role, the Assistant Nurse Manager will assist in the clinical and administrative activities of the department in order to ensure patients the provision of quality care. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare or Business Management preferred. Three years' appropriate clinical experience in area or specialty required, with specific experience in Labor & Delivery, L&D Triage or OR experience preferred. Leadership experience preferred. Appropriate clinical certification required Hours: This position is a Day/Evening rotation, however, based on department needs may need to cover Midnight shift as well. Weekend rotation based on department needs required.
