In this role you will be responsible for:
Assist in the design, implementation and coordination of the risk management program for AEHN, its divisions and subsidiaries.
Manage hospital clinical risk programs, with the objective of maintaining patient safety, enhancing quality care, and minimizing risk to the assets of the network.
Maintaining EHNs event reporting system including review, evaluate and investigate occurrences
Trend and analyze event report data
If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:
Baccalaureate degree in nursing required.
Five years clinical or job related experience preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills required
Experience with medical record review and analysis strongly preferred
Risk management experience preferred
Proficient in the use of PCs, spreadsheets and other software applications required (excel, word, ppt.)
Physical Requirements: Ability to concentrate and sit at a desk for long periods of time; ability to work in a fast paced environment; ability to walk around and drive between campuses
Visual Requirements: Near Vision, Depth Perception, Color Vision, Extensive exposure to VDTs (Video Display Terminal)
Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear normal conversation
Working Conditions: Normal office environment
