Provide Risk Management Direction atWakeMed as a Systems Analyst I
As a Systems Analyst I at WakeMed, you will lead the build, rollout, and support of the assigned application(s). Responsibilities include:
Lead design and analysis, application configuration, testing, system documentation, and training if indicated.
Function as a first-level response for the assigned application(s) by communicating with end users of the system to understand issues and implement solutions.
Assist department management in use of assigned applications to assist with maximizing department performance and manage decision-making.
Function as a liaison between IS, customer development and vendor(s).

Associate Degree in Business/Healthcare/Technology/Related Field Required – With Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Healthcare/Technology Preferred
2 Years Direct Position Experience Required - With Required Education
Or No Experience Required - With Preferred Education
Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice Preferred
