Responsible for supporting the organizational strategic goals and objectives specifically those related to clinical risk management and patient safety as part of the System's Peer Review process.
Performs all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept and reflects the goal of providing seamless support for patients.
Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the Geisinger Health System in its efforts to provide quality patient care, patient safety and patient satisfaction.
The scope of the program includes Geisinger Medical Center, Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Geisinger Community Medical Center, Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital, Geisinger Lewistown Hospital and any other healthcare facilities considered a component of the clinical enterprise within the system, including Geisinger Clinics and Marworth.
Reports to the Director or Manager, Clinical Risk Management and Patient Safety.

Demonstrates clinical knowledge to review medical records and clinical data.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
RN with current Pennsylvania licensure required. Graduate from an approved school of nursing required.
Bachelor’s degree in a health-care related field required. Master s degree preferred.
Minimum five years direct clinical experience required.
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Moderate amount of travel required across entire system.
