Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide legal support in representing and responding to the needs of the Company. The position will provide support to several hospital operations Law Department attorneys. This position has primary responsibility including, but not limited to, contract drafting, transactional and legal document drafting, contract and document review and file maintenance. In addition this position is responsible for interfacing with client contacts for advice on Company's contract approval systems and policies. This role is in our Dallas headquarters office in the Addison, Texas area, and covered parking is provided and paid at 100%.
ï¿½Certificate from ABA recognized paralegal program is required;
ï¿½This position requires a minimum of three yearsï¿½ experience in paralegal work in the area of healthcare law and at least two years of college; degree preferred.
ï¿½Experience with both transactional matters and litigation is preferred
ï¿½Requires high degree of self-directed initiative, creativity and individual judgment.
ï¿½Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and instruction yet to be able to function as part of a team.
ï¿½Strong organizational, analytical, research and written skills required.
ï¿½Computer literacy and software proficiency as required.
