Envision Physician Services has retained Cejka Search to recruit an accomplished healthcare executive to serve as the Vice President, Provider Documentation and Education to oversee the operations and strategic direction for the Provider Documentation Education Program.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Revenue Transformation, the Vice President of Provider Documentation and Education will be responsible for the clinical documentation improvement (CDI) initiatives for Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist programs across the country. With 3 direct reports and a team of more than 30 staff, the Vice President will develop an infrastructure that will support the future growth of the organization while ensuring key performance indicators around operations, revenue and quality programs are met. The Vice President will establish and implement CDI best practices and physician education programs that will enhance Envision’s provider-based services in anesthesia, emergency medicine, and hospitalist. Serving as a subject-matter expert, the Vice President will collaborate with physician leaders, coding, quality and compliance team members as well as partner with executive leadership to enhance the Provider Documentation Education Program.
Successful candidates will be healthcare executives with five or more years of experience managing a provider documentation and education department for a large, integrated care delivery system or ambulatory medical group with experience in anesthesia, emergency medicine or hospitalist service lines. Demonstrated leader in growing and developing teams in provider documentation and education setting as well as strong mentorship and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Envision will consider Conshohocken, PA; Plantation or Clearwater, FL; Dallas, TX or Nashville, TN as location destinations for this role.
