Risk Program Manager
In this role, you will develop, implement, oversee, and facilitate the Accreditation, Risk Management, and Patient Safety (ARS) Programs for Alameda Health System. You will be responsible for all aspects of ARS Programs in order to protect the Medical Center, its patients, visitors, and employees. In addition, you will implement the integration of Continuing Quality Improvement (CQI) concepts, as determined by the Joint Commission into the monitoring of organizational systems as they relate ARS for all campuses and problem solves the quality of patient care and risk issues as they arise.
Five years of clinical/healthcare administration experience with three to five years of directly related experience in regulatory, risk management/patient safety
Certification from the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management preferred
A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
