Inova's Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for providing consultative leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of contemporary Talent Acquisition strategies, policies and practices. Collaborates with key internal leaders and external stakeholders as well as hiring managers to support the talent acquisition needs of each area. Supervises and directs the activities of the Talent Acquisition staff with dotted line responsibility to Operating Unit based recruiting staff. Directly manages executive recruiting and immigration. Responsible to maintain high quality service and meet or exceed the expectations of internal clients. Supports new hire integration by collaborating in the development and management of Inova's new hire, onboarding, development and training processes. Manages department finances, including budgeting and control and salary, non-salary and capital investment expenses. Negotiates contracts with vendors and manages all relationships and contracts related to recruiting and talent acquisition. Responsible for compliance with all internal policies, compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and reporting requirements and with Joint Commission and OFCCP requirements.
10 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of OFCCP requirements. Strong knowledge and high level of comfort with applicant tracking and recruitment systems, models and methodologies. Strong professional recruitment network and knowledge of external recruitment practices and trends. Technically proficient with a proven track record in all aspects of internet recruiting and on-boarding.

10+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources and 7+ years of recruitment leadership experience in a high volume recruiting position.
